The Finding Inspiration Foundation hosts film screenings and community events designed to spark honest conversations around mental health, healing, and emotional wellbeing.
Our events use short narrative films as conversation starters—creating space for reflection, dialogue, and connection. Screenings are paired with facilitated discussions, Q&A sessions, and mental health resources to ensure audiences feel supported and informed.
Each event may include:
Events are intentionally designed to be approachable, inclusive, and rooted in empathy rather than judgment.
Our screenings and conversations are hosted in partnership with:
Whether the audience is ten people or two hundred, our goal remains the same: create a safe space for people to engage with mental health topics honestly and openly.

We will be bringing back our monthly events every third Thursday, beginning on April 16, 2026 - doors open at 6:30 PM. Take a look below at some of our past events. This page will be updated as new events are added.

A short film and discussion on how life’s triggers can resurface past traumas and affect our daily lives.
Bringing Compassion to Charlotte This Holiday Season

Our goal this year is to assemble and distribute 300 Winter Essential Bags filled with practical items to help those in need stay warm, clean, and supported during the cold months.
Support the Mission - We are raising $1,850 by December 20, 2025 to cover:
Every donation makes an impact. Your contribution directly supports people in need in the Charlotte community. See more at the campaign below.
