November 20 –

Men’s Mental Health (FREE)

The Conversation Within

At this month’s event, we’ll dive into one of the most overlooked but powerful aspects of mental and emotional well-being: our internal dialogue.

How we interact with the world around us—our relationships, our work, even our sense of purpose—is often a reflection of what’s happening inside. The way we talk to ourselves, the assumptions we make, and the beliefs we carry from our upbringing and society all shape how we show up in the world.

Through film, open discussion, and personal stories, we’ll explore:

  • The power of self-talk and how it shapes our reality
  • How nature, nurture, and environment influence our behavior
  • The importance of clarity over assumption in communication
  • The lifelong practice of “knowing thyself” and what authenticity truly means

This conversation isn’t just for men—it’s for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of how internal healing leads to external transformation.

Holiday of Hope: 2025 Community Care Drive

Bringing Compassion to Charlotte This Holiday Season

This December, we are coming together to serve our neighbors with dignity, care, and hope. The Holiday of Hope Drive is a community outreach effort that supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness, hardship, or financial struggle during the winter season.

Our goal this year is to assemble and distribute 300 Winter Essential Bags filled with practical items to help those in need stay warm, clean, and supported during the cold months.

Support the Mission - We are raising $1,400 by December 1, 2025 to cover:

  • Winter essentials (hats, gloves, socks)
  • Hygiene kits
  • Snacks and bottled water
  • Resource cards
  • Outreach and volunteer supplies

Every donation makes an impact. Your contribution directly supports people in need in the Charlotte community. See more at the campaign below.
