The Finding Inspiration Foundation partners with mental health professionals, advocates, organizations, educational institutions and more who share a common goal of destigmatizing mental health conversations and providing resources for those in need.
We use film to curate conversations, touching on topics in nuanced ways that are geared to help others feel seen.
Our films center lived experience, making mental health topics relatable and human.
Screenings are designed to lead into meaningful dialogue—not just passive viewing.
Events can be tailored to fit the needs of your audience, space, and goals.
We prioritize emotional safety and often collaborate with mental health professionals and trusted resources.
We believe storytelling heals. Through short films that explore mental health, trauma, and hope, we create safe spaces for reflection and connection. Organizations can license our films or partner with us for guided screenings and conversations that leave a lasting impact.
A highlight of every event is hearing directly from someone in the community. Their story—told through honesty and courage—helps bridge understanding, reduce stigma, and spark meaningful dialogue around mental health.
Join a guided discussion where filmmakers, speakers, and audience members come together to unpack the stories, share perspectives, and explore the mental health topics portrayed on screen.
Our events bridge art and impact. By partnering with local practitioners and organizations, we help turn conversation into action—offering tangible mental health resources and next steps for those who need them most.
