Film Screenings + Licensing

We believe storytelling heals. Through short films that explore mental health, trauma, and hope, we create safe spaces for reflection and connection. Organizations can license our films or partner with us for guided screenings and conversations that leave a lasting impact.

Personal Presentation

A highlight of every event is hearing directly from someone in the community. Their story—told through honesty and courage—helps bridge understanding, reduce stigma, and spark meaningful dialogue around mental health.

Interactive Q&A

Join a guided discussion where filmmakers, speakers, and audience members come together to unpack the stories, share perspectives, and explore the mental health topics portrayed on screen.

Resources

Our events bridge art and impact. By partnering with local practitioners and organizations, we help turn conversation into action—offering tangible mental health resources and next steps for those who need them most.

Mental Wellness Through Film

When we curate these events, we do so with our attendees at the forefront. Each film depicts lived experiences by design, followed by open and transparent conversation.  We’ve seen firsthand the impact this has had on people. Especially black men and women, being able to see themselves on screen and feel heard.

The most important thing for us is adding value by way of resources. We are strengthening our resources by way of community partners, like NAMI Charlotte, who come to these events, eager to showcase the support they offer to individauals and families.
